The Washington Quarter, America’s first president, was minted with 90% silver between 1932 – 1964. Despite becoming less valuable without silver in 1965 and undergoing many changes, The Washington Quarter is still minted. Since 1999 the original eagle reverse hasn’t been used. In 2010 its original bust was restored but in 2021 that’s retaken its original size! 5.63 grams pure silver.
This is a 1939 90%-pure=silver quarter sold in Very Fine condition (VF-35).
