G.I. Joe Tomax and Xamot

Tomax and Xamot Paoli, of the Crimson Guard, served in the French Foreign Legion in Algeria then as mercenaries in Africa and South America before studying banking in Switzerland. The brothers found opportunity in terrorism far more suited to their abilities. They lead the corporate face of COBRA as founders, owners, and CEOs of “Extensive Enterprises.” But it is thought to be impossible to prove a connection between them and the terrorist organization. The only distinguishing mark between the two is a scar on Xamot’s cheek. Identical twins Tomax and Xamot are believed to be psychically bonded in a manner similar to The Corsican Brothers (1844) by Alexandre Dumas. While this psychic connection allows them finish each other’s sentences it also forces them to feel one another’s pain.
