G.I. Joe Sci-Fi

Seymour P. Fine is a Laser Trooper. Code-named Sci-Fi, his G.I. Joe specialty is electronics. He lives in a slow-motion world because, at 2½ miles, the impact of his laser will jump a hundred feet for every thousandth of an inch he moves- and he’s got to hold it to the target long enough to make his laser burn!
