AJ Foyt Race Car Driver

1979 Team Tonka A.J. Foyt race car driver. Anthony Foyt Jr. is a four-time open-wheeled Indianapolis 500 winner and 1972 Daytona 500 NASCAR race winner. Foyt became a CART, IRL, and NASCAR team owner in the mid-1960s. In 1999 Conseco announced it would sponsor a NASCAR Winston Cup team owned by A.J. Foyt Racing, beginning with the 2000 Daytona 500.
