Refunds
Ebook sales are non-refundable. Digital goods with 0 remaining downloads can’t be returned. If you must return your purchase, please Contact Us. Refunds can only be initiated up to 30 days from the date of purchase, customers must pay all shipping fees for any new product successfully returned to Church▲Books, and get issued three days after physical inspection.
Payments
Payment and credit card data you enter is always encrypted and is never stored at Church▲Books. When you add payment methods saved to My Account for future purchases you agree to send that information via SSL to the payment processor Stripe. If you checkout using Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal then you agree to those companies’ respective terms, conditions, and privacy policies. You only consent to showing our employees which company(s) you used to pay for your purchases.
Digital Goods
Ebooks and complimentary photographs downloaded by customers are © licensed for personal enjoyment only. ▲Church withholds its exclusive, worldwide rights to these copyrighted materials and you agree to not copy, alter, resell, seek replacement of, benefit from, or give them away to another person.
Shipping
Digital downloads are immediately available after purchase (unless otherwise noted). Other goods ship to the shipping or, if no shipping address is provided, billing address. Once products ship, email confirmation will be sent to the customer-listed address as “order complete”. It’s customers’ responsibility to notify Church▲Books of missing shipments.
Security
Shopping experiences are secured with next-level Transport Layer Security encryption. Encryption protects sent information, preventing misuse. Our pages and data you send through them can’t be read normally by other computers. Severability
If any paragraph in these terms and conditions cannot be legally enforced then this does not absolve any rights or responsibilities listed in any other paragraph.
